Day 13

I move with a stream of thoughts about something I’ve been thinking about all day. Fiery, busy thoughts for at least two tracks.

I meet some boredom. I move as boredom. I notice that the subject and texture of my thoughts has changed. Softer, more spacious, less grasping. I’m not thinking about the thing anymore.

Shake, I shake for ages, all over, hands, shoulders, hips, legs, feet, head, I feel a bit of dizziness. Continue with the shaking, there’s pleasure in the shake. As the music changes I want to be still to feel the resonance of the shake but I keep moving gently.

I catch a smell of bleach that’s wafted through from the bathroom. I think about the laundry I need to hang out after this.

Moving my hands through the air in small, delicate motions, warmth is coming through my palms and a pulsing leftover from the shake. Yum.

In rest my upper and middle back releases and smoothes. I fall asleep.
