Status Quo Or Status Go?

As you think about what you want achieve this year,  it can be prudent to ask yourself -

What does the status quo bring me? 

Sometimes sticking with the status quo is what's needed - to create a rhythm, to see if something really works, to build mastery.

Sometimes the status quo is creating safety (also important sometimes) and comfort but limiting your growth, creativity and potential for big things. 

This is a good question to ask your teams too.
